[DeTomaso] cooling fans

It's been a long time since I had two switches for the fans.  I'm with  
Donny.  If you need the fans to be on, TWO FANS IS BETTER THAN  ONE!!!  Not to 
mention that you only need one switch, thus saving the cost  of a redundant switch.
Of course I also have a manual override (working both fans simultaneously.
