BOTH of them are talking about the dust shields.  Those big, 
dinner-plate-looking pieces of sheetmetal which attach to the spindle on
the back side of the 
rotor.  Both Panteras and Mustangs came with them, stock, but most
aftermarket 
brake systems do away with them entirely.
