Thanks Mark, but I forgot to mention, there are plenty of electric ones 
available, but most of them are relatively huge and clunky.   The benefit of the 
AIR-powered version is that although it uses the same belts, the actual tool is 
much smaller and thus can be maneuvered into tight quarters.

Any other possibilities for an air sander?
