[DeTomaso] Steering column parts arrived today.

Yipee! The parts from Pantera Performance Center finally arrived.  Now I 
can put my kitty back together again.  The bushing is sweet, though 
tight on the shaft so I'll be doing some sanding/polishing for a while.  
I dearly wish I had a lathe to chuck the shaft up in now.  I also got 
the little centering ring for the upper bearing, though when I took it 
all apart, it seemed my upper bearing was pretty tight to the shaft.  
We'll see.
