You will find electrical diagrams for all the functions on a Pantera. Scroll to the bottom and you will find, among other interesting things, pictures of the locations of the early and late car relays and buzzers.

If your turn signal flasher is making a buzzing noise you probably have a wiring problem in the lamp circuits.
