[DeTomaso] Viagra for sun visors?

My sun visors don't stay up like they used to... Are there any tricks for
getting them to stay in position? They don't really like to stay flush with
the roof, nor are they really happy parallel to the windshield. The really
like to be perfectly vertical, letting gravity do its thing. 
 
Only the drivers side has this problem, of course. Tighten up the screws
that hold the pin? Remove and apply some sort of thick grease? Any ideas?
