   How do you get in and out of a Pantera without opening the door in cases
where the door is blocked by a trailer fender?

I haven't had that trouble yet.  I use a trailer with rigid fenders but when 
the car is positioned and
balanced right (engine about over the front tires of a tandem axle set-up, 
give or take a bit...) the door clears the fenders.  If you have some kind 
of rails, that's another story.  And load it facing FORWARD!  Hope that
