How do you get in and out of a Pantera without opening the door in cases
where the door is blocked by a trailer fender?

>From what I can figure out, it looks like you put your right foot in.  You
put your left foot in then you shake it all about.  

Is that what it is all about?  Is there an easy way e.g. head first?

What about the window that sticks up a half inch?  How do you avoid breaking
it?
