First, why are you doing this? In a Pantera, there are two separate grounding 
issues. First, a separate large ground is needed between the engine/ZF and 
chassis for a starter to work propely. Second, since the dash and console are 
fiberglas, all the instruments and most of the inside lights are separately 
grounded, often inadequately. The fixes for the two problems are different. More
