Probably very close to the same. Dennis sent me his version last year (or whever it was he found it), and then I came across another version of it when I bought a bunch of doc's thru the 'net. Figured it's got to be so old that copyright is not an issue, and it's got some good info in it. 

Not to mention a nice Christmas present.
