No, I tried Summit first, and they gave me the number directly to the Audiovox technician.  He sounded like he know what he was talking about (even a bit condescending, I might add), but in the end, it was POCA to the rescue!

> Are you talking about Summit Reps or Factory Reps...??? Most Summit call center personnel  and most of the other parts pedalers have personnel that suffer from CRS and DGaS. After 20 years in this business, I can tell you it is hard to find good people that don't suffer from CRS ( can't remember sh!t ) or DGaS ( Don't give a sh!t)
