I bought a Vader headlight conversion. Before I installed them, Ted sent an
email about the wiring problem. Here's a link to the correct wiring.

Dan...
I was having the same problem with my 4x6 sq. Vader head lights! Very low
brights and very dim low beams! I was at are PCNC tech session in April this
year. With the help of Jim Murch and Larry Finch (Larry helped me install
the light awhile back, he did a great job, but the damn light switch crapped
out be for we could test the lights) We found, after pulling Larry lights
apart (same lights) that the plugs to the back of the light was wired
wrong! Fixed the plugs and i now have 100w brights and 95w low beams! If you
don't figure it out I can pull one of my lights and let you know the order
of the plug! Maybe the problem?
  Good Luck
  Curt

on the headlight.
