FYI,

I recall that the Edsel (which some people think was not a bad car) was the brain child of Robert MacNamara, a primary archatect of the Vietnam War. It seems like way too many things he ran were disasters. But, he was an economist not an engineer. He was/is by all accounts a briliant individual, which goes to show that there is something different than IQ and degrees (which he appears to have had more of than any of us) required for successfull projects.

Ha, and if time and millions are spend for engeneering and design, the product is named EDSEL or TAURUS.

Dick,

That's the RIGHT way to design a car. Not necessarily the ITALIAN way to
design a car. :>)

(You should know--you have a Mangusta!) :>)
