Oh, didn't know that.

Here the data base with the camera coordinates are available from the 
equivalent of DOT.

So far any pictures also must show the drivers face and they match the 
picture against the owners or his/her familys drivers license photos. If 
they can't match, then the just throw it away.

There is talk about making the owner responsible, just as in many other 
countries, but that goes against the justice principles here so some 
serious law changes are required for that. The sun visor is good 
protection against tickets :-)

The camera flashed for me as well, but only one of us got a ticket. I 
had the visor down as my GPS had warned me about the camera.

It was just a minor speeding, 96 kph where 90 was the limit.
