[DeTomaso] EXTRA FUEL TANK

Plus the fuel pump is on the left side.

So is the driver.  You don't have to walk around the car to fuel up.  Sound
trivial?  Think about doing it with little Italian legs.

My guess is because the battery is on the right along with the water tanks
which should about equal the left side gas tank weight on average ( 1/2 full
)
