[DeTomaso] Holley 4010 Good or Bad?

I worked with one on a Pantera for few weeks and never could get it tuned to be as responsive as the 700cfm double-pumper.  The 4010 was a 750 vacuum secondary.  So I give the 4010 a "fair."  It is lightweight and less prone to leak since all the seams are above the fuel level.
