[DeTomaso] Help Speedo Cable

OK, smart guy, there is one cable but multiple types of connectors at the
ZF.  :-)  

You just need to order the cable with the right connector if you just want
to plug-and-play.

There is only one cable as far as I know.  It's the speedo drive that
differs from car to car.
