[DeTomaso] WOODWARD CRUISE REPORT / Dick Ruzzin

Saturday had to be one of the best Cruises ever.
It was a perfect day, in the mid-seventies and partly cloudy all day with 
clouds moving in around 6:30.

Ian Hannington and helpers did a great job, assembling 12 (last count), 
beautifully turned out Panteras and 1 Mangusta. In a great location on Woodward 
near Birmingham and across from the Shelby Cobras. For a slight fee he provided 
food, drinks, etc.

The Panteras were all lined up ready for a Lemans start as thousands walked 
and drove by.
One silver car was for sale with a very discreet sign on the sidewindow. A 
gorgeous full-race car, it was very well done and made a great impression. 

All the cars were beautiful, some had come a good distance. There was 
everything from completely original to highly modified, just a great selection of 
Panteras. The quality of the cars there really made you proud to be a DeTomaso 
owner.

A great and memorable time, thanks Ian for all the work, see you next year, 
we all should get together this fall.
