Thanks for the info, I've ordered the braded line from Pantera Performance
Center. It should be here by Thursday....and the car should be back on the
ground by the Friday night cruise in. Thanks for all the info. Ned

All the Pantera vendors have complete replacements in stock. Doing it
yourself, the metric junction block near the bellhousing is threaded VERY close
to
7/16-20 SAE so a double-male dash-4 AN fitting will screw right in. A length of

dash-4 AN flex line in SS braid goes up to the slave. A double male-AN
fitting also screws into a stock or long-throw SS slave cylinder. Both the
double AN
fittings will need a 3/8" ID x .060 thick o-ring made of Viton or Teflon to
seal off to the slightly too-deep stock fitting holes. A small chamfer is
needed in the lower fitting and the slave cylinder opening for the o-ring to
squeeze into. Buna-n o-rings will fail in brake fluid. An upgraded slave may
have
come with a similar looking fitting from some vendors but it will likely be a
commercial 45 degree fitting that won't work long with std 37 degree AN lines.
Good luck- and watch those u-joints! Cheers- J DeRyke
