[DeTomaso] Bad Vibrations

Thank You,
John,
The 1/2 shaft bolts are all tight and I forgot to mention the vibration is only when the engine is revving (no vibration while it's coasting, even at the same speed). I assume the 1/2 shaft bolts, or an out of balance 1/2 shaft would vibrate regardless.

  Dan,

Have you checked all 16 of the half-shaft bolts? That might be a place to start.

  Good luck,

  John

The Winged Warrior has the shakes pretty bad, starting around 2,000 rpm's. Pretty much seems like engine or internal issues.
This is on a engine which was "refreshed" with new rings and bearings.
The flywheel and pressure plate has been r&r'd after being re-balanced and it seems a little better, but still shakes.
The higher the rpm, the worse the vibration.
It has a Centerforce clutch and the engine was recently installed, motor mounts don't look right but the mechanics keep telling me it's an internal vibration.
    Any thoughts?
