Although it would be ugly as sin, from a practical perspective, the 
reasonable thing to do would be to bolt on a pair of Supertrapp mufflers with X number 
of discs.

They would clamp onto the end of the existing exhaust system and enable 
street driving for tuning purposes.   It's basically a glasspack muffler with discs 
on the end to further reduce the noise signature.   Running with a bunch of 
discs would let the system flow reasonably well, but the muffler body itself 
would knock a bunch of noise off.   It would still be quite loud though.
