[DeTomaso] New Pantera design.

Recently there was a new Pantera desigh shown here on the list. Design is design but I think its more fun
with a redesigned chassis. Therfore I translated som of my Corvette racing car features to fit inside the 
old Pantera shell. Ok, the shell has to be modified but it is basically the same. I am only avaiting some 
wealthy person to show up that is more interested in cars than buying a value.
