[DeTomaso] Suspension Mods

      I know there are several people with propritory designs for improving Pantera suspension, but these are basically their designs which they own.  I talked to a client today who worked on the GT40 and for Gurney etc. and asked what he thought could be done.  He recommended talking to a local guy named David Bruns who has designed race car suspension for years.  I was thinking that it might be worth getting a few people together and each putting in some $s to have Bruns (or someone like him) analyze the Pantera suspension and draw up some mods to update the suspension.  Basically one or more compete designs which are minimally invasive.  I was thinking of limiting it to sway bars, control arm mods, and upper control arm mounting point position changes.  
   
      If there is interest, I can dig into this more and try to get an estimate of the cost.  I am hoping to arrive at somthing simple and basic without any tricks.  Really just apply basic suspension design principles and do the math.
