The first car was #500.   Second was 502, third was 504, fourth was 506 
(which I believe Jim Kuehne now owns) and 508 would thus be the 5th car.   The 
early cars had a number of unique features.   The very first car (or two?) had 
external hinges on the engine hatches, and the early cars (at least through 506, 
maybe more?) had those hatches made of steel instead of aluminum--they are 
HEAVY!!!!
