[DeTomaso] Exhaust "Popping"

Tom,

Thank you for "tossing" these out, that is exactly what I need because I'm 
out of ideas as well as practically out of parts to replace.
I'll check for a vacum leak around the intake. I ran it with a different 
carb and changed the carb gasket already.
It runs great as far as I can tell, just makes all this noise.
I can swap out a coil if that could cause the popping.
The engine shop installed new valve springs and adjusted the valves but I'm 
beginning to wonder.
