whatever tiles you use, you should set them in the garage for a few days before installing them. A Flooring Contractor told me about this AFTER my brother in law installed mine without doing so. The floor and flooring expanded and contracted at different rates and the floor that looked so nice freshly installed....shifted and popped up tiles when the temp changed.

Thanks, that thing still there, I'm at my wit's end trying to fix it, I use
a Dreamweaver type page builer ( Contribute 4 ) and can't for the life of
me figure out how to change that, any ideas?

The tiles are 12" x 12" Asphalt tiles, they were not peel and stick and were
glued down with a trowel ( just throw away whatever you are wearing that day
), not built in shine, after installation, I let it dry for a week, then TSP
washed it, rinsed twice and let that dry ( I cheated with fans ) and then i
used pro floor wax to put on six coats, since then ( two years ago, I damp
mop every 3 or 4 months and recoat with wax at least one coat, Holds up
well. ( and that's why I put all my shelving on wheels, and even the
refrigerator/freezer out there, I'm lazy and when I drop something behind
one or when I want to sweep, I just roll the thing aside instead of getting
down on my knees and looking for it, only took me 40 years to figure that
one out )

I ordered them from a commercial flooring dealer, those boxes are sure heavy
too!
about 1.00 a sq. ft if I remember correctly. and yes they have specks in
them.
I have done the solid white and solid black before, you DO NOT want that in
a garage, it would be a nightmare.
