Apparently there was some very complicated logic circuit inside that sucker 
that required a number of conditions to be met (weight on seat, seat belt 
fastened if there is weight on the seat, etc.) before it would allow you to start 
your car!  Having said that, I have NEVER seen a Pantera that actually 
functioned this way.  I don't know if they were all defeated somehow, or if the 
component was installed but never actually implemented.

I have the complete wiring harness from #6020 in my car #3960, and it has 
that infernal box.  I have a bunch of extra wires as a result (which would have 
been attached to the seat/seatbelt sensors), but the car works just fine so the 
box must not be doing its thing.
