Funny, But you Grandma may have a point there. You see the Peanut oil in the butter acts as an anti aging agent to the natural rubber that was taken from the rubber tree plant that they don't use any more because of synthetic rubber that was developed in the 30s. I would definatly use it on the sidewalls too...LOL
