Philippe Olczyk owns it currently, and it's for sale in Brussels.   That car 
was a complete and total disaster, a rusted, wrecked mess of a car, but 
apparently it has received a full restoration, which is commendable.   It is not on 
their website, but is advertised in current magazines (with no asking price).  
 www.vdvgrant.be is the website.   The advertisement features a photo of the 
car taken during its Tope heyday, before it was progressively wrecked and 
modified.
