[DeTomaso] safety equipment availablity at Fun Rally track days?

A friend of mine has a friend who has a business in the Las Vegas area that sells track safety equipment such as helmets and HANS devices. 
Does one of the vendors already sell these?
If not, he would be interested in being at the track to supply them.
