[DeTomaso] Predicted mileage at 200 MPH

did you guy not read my post at a BSFC of .55 you only
get about 4.4 miles per gallon  to keep a 500 hp
engine running at that output ;  if you include
acceleration and on and off throttle you might average
 the .55 to .6 ;;  so 3 to 5 mpg is  about right from
a pure engineering and physics standpoint with a 500hp
motor so again it will take about  22.4 gallons to 24
plus gallons for a 100 mile run. If u r at 500hp for
the run or average a Bsfc of .55 to .6 which is
correct for a normally aspirated mechanical injected
or carburated old style combustion chamber engine.
