quick rule of thumb  .55lbs per hour per hp in a
decent engine. 
If 500 hp is your ticket then 
that is 275 pounds per hour  or 137 pounds to go 100
miles at 200 miles per hour gasoline weighs about 6.1
pound per gallon  so 22.4 gallons with a normal  N/a
engine

 if you have a great engine and good BSFC then
.45lbhr/hp can be achieved  so that is 22.4*.45/.55  .
18.7 gallons with a great engine.
