Move your cursor to your user name in the upper right corner. Under the drop down menu, click - 'Profile'

On the new page that opens are numerous settings you can define. On that page is a section headed - Forums. It is there you can establish posting privileges to all the various topics.

Click - "Forum Memberships"

You will see all the 40 or so Forum topics. To the right of each topic is a green icon. Upon clicking that icon, you will enable your ability to post to that topic. As Asa Jay mentioned in an earlier thread, you must enable EVERY topic to be able to post in EVERY topic. That's right, about 40 clicks later you will have a forum that you can post to. Sigh......
