Looking for EARLY 4Cam Swap Clutch Info!?

Holiday Greetings! For those of you hiding from the fray in the house caused by invaders young and old, perhaps you can answer this. Helping a new found neighbor owner, of an early Steve W. 4 cammer swap. Owner sourced a 5.4 Navigator engine and got the rest of the swap from Steve W. The car never really got to the point that it was reliably tuned.....and over the years, the owner decided to just put it back to 351C power!!! New engine is in the shop and they need the flywheel for balancing of the rotating assy. Questions.... Did the early 5.4 swaps reuse the 351C flywheel??? (28oz imbalance) Was the stock flywheel rebalanced? Or did a new 5.4 compatible flywheel come with the kit??? Did pressure plate and 11" disc swap onto new flywheel if this was the case? The 5.4 is still in the car.....and owner really doesn't want to pull it out until he has another engine to drop in its place...vs a drawn out search for parts.....couple days is OK, but weeks and months is less than a desirable situation! Thanks and stay tuned! Will likely be a large need for more "old" parts to put this back together. Cheers and thanks!!!! Steve Holiday Greetings!
