A problem is that a lot of us don't live near a club meeting place (I recognize that "near" is a subjective term). I am not particularly close to one, and for a long time, didn't see much value in membership. I was getting interested when it appeared that Profiles was moving towards being more technical, less social events, and was just trying to decide which local club to sign up with, but then came the drama... I really enjoyed the PI periodical and still miss it. To me, it was worth the yearly membership. If POCA had something like that (probably requires one or more vendors to participate to provide content from cars they are building) I'd mail my check today. Ken From: "Joseph F.
