Re: [DeTomaso] L bumper issue
Dear Ed, If you don't get any prompt answers, then email me later today (tomorrow Hawaii time??). IIRC, down in the catacombs, in the archives, there was an article about how to refinish a black L model front rubber bumper. It may take me a while to find it. Aloha My body guy spray painted the black L model front rubber bumper. Now the paint is bumpy, with cracks, and looks bad. My thought is to sand off the paint. But I do not know how to get the luster back to the black bumper.
Any suggestions about this problem.

Chuck, Ed, It's not in the catacombs, it's where all good things are--PanteraPlace.com. Bill Taylor wrote a great article on refinishing his L bumpers. Check it out!
