Interesting. I sent the below query on Friday, 11/22. It just showed up in my inbox this morning. I did receive some replies right away so clearly it went out, and was distributed to at least some people right away. The header below indicates it wasn’t sent out until just yesterday, 11/25, which we know isn’t true because Kurt responded right away. I also received several other forum messages today from various people, asking questions which were already answered by others days ago, when the others received these messages. Weird. Sorry, the list has been under attack. Why can't we have nice things? I think I've blocked and cleared things up. There are some archives in place but I need to pull in a bunch more.
