hi Pantera community i wanted to share a quick note, i bought my 71-4 1/2 yrs ago and when i got it home i started working on it after all it needed some loving attention to it, this is when a marine mechanic started discovering the make up of a truly awesome car. Only one obstacle for a guy who is partially disable because of a bad auto accident some 5yrs earlier, i just could not work on it the way i could have before i was injured. i wasted a good bit of money on mechanics(supposedly) that only turned out to be parts changers. Finally one day i met a man that understood the function and working of my prize car,he has fixed a number of issues that i had and even things i didn’t even know were wrong. His working knowledge, talent and common sense approach to repairs on my car has cause me to admire him. I have tried to pay him on a number of times and still he will not let me. He tells me I’m his brother and that he is doing it for the car it deserves it. I feel that i am blessed to call him my friend both him and his wife are a joy to spend time with. Hope you don’t mind me saying but if you get the opportunity to meet Rob and his wonderful Mrs Kathy you will discover a rare breed just like the car we both love the PANTERA. Rob thank you for replacing and solving light issues on my car inside and out you ROCK dude!!
Thanks brother. But like I said, it ain't about you! Gee, car guys can be so vain sometimes :) On Jun 26, 2016 9:20 PM, "brad freeman" <brad.freeman08@comcast.net> wrote:

Larry, I hope the new guy who just joined POCA (or whoever we are now) and was wondering about all the in-fighting - reads this thread. No matter what the "guys up there (in the ivory towers)" are arguing about, the dudes down here where the rubber meets the road are 'brothers from different mothers' - they will help each other at the drop of a hat - you need a tech session to pull your engine, set up a time and bring the food and drinks!!!! I am constantly amazed at the stories of Pantera buds helping each other -!!! And, this was sent to be a positive/happy message - so smile! ----BILL Lewis ________________________________ From: DeTomaso <detomaso-bounces@server.detomasolist.com> on behalf of Larry - Ohio Time <Larry@ohiotimecorp.com> Sent: Monday, June 27, 2016 1:05 PM To: 'brad freeman'; DeTomaso@server.detomasolist.com Subject: Re: [DeTomaso] great guy And that is what this forum is all about!
