Has anyone researched hood vent designs?
I'm having a light weight hood made and will modify the leading edge of the front trunk as needed for the vent, but am not sure about the location of the opening, specifically how far back from the nose. I don't want to give up a lot of trunk. Ken, It varies a few mm car to car but the later GT5 & GT5S cars that had hood vents from the factory the holes are placed 305mm from the center front edge hood to the leading edge of the vent and the vent hole innermost edges are spaced 78mm apart.
