I believe that 2 basic fuchs different version were available depending on car and options in the 86 time frame (standard not special order) . 16x7 in front and 16x8 in the rear , 15x7 and up to 15x9 were also available . Other wheels other than fuchs ( BBS for example) could be ordered in quite a range of widths . 930's etc had other options pelicanparts.com/porsche-911-technical-forum/394277-original-1986-gold-metallic-wheels.html At the time not very many track rated tires were available for 16inch rims so turbos and track prepared cars could have the 15 in diameter and run real slicks . This is up to about 86 as you asked . somewhere in that time frame and by 89 both the fronts and rears were available with 1 inch wider fuchs ie 16x8 up front and 16x9 in rear , btw the 15 inch alloys can be found with almost any width and offset I have some for a wide body that are 12 inches wide for the rear and 10 inch wide for the front but in 15inch diameter. I personally like the 15inch alloys choices better than the 16 but own both. jg From: Warren Victor via DeTomaso <detomaso@server.detomasolist.com> To: DeTomaso@server.detomasolist.com Sent: Tuesday, May 24, 2016 7:58 PM Subject: Re: [DeTomaso] Porsche Fuchs wheels Ok I need whatever size was stock on the '86 911 car Thanks Warren On May 23, 2016 1:45 PM, dfl via DeTomaso <detomaso@server.detomasolist.com> wrote:
