Not being a member of the club but sort of feel like I have paid dues by being on the list. The club has a fairly large treasury and there is a fellow in Italy that apparently has acquired valuable history of the Pantera in drawings, blueprints and who knows what all. If the club could work a deal to purchase a compendium of documents representative of the manufacturing process and digitize them it could save them for the later generations. I would think that would add value to the club and the Marque. Always looking for information, jerry knotts

Sounds OK to me. We don't have any other chartered organization? dave On 2016-08-17 6:53 AM, Joseph F. Byrd, Jr. wrote:

It would be wise for a second repository to have it also. We all remember when our POCA image library was infected and lost. Crap happens! I would be willing to add material to the DeTomaso Registry website, in the section I already created for "Factory Documentation". I leave it to someone else to "mine/collect" this gold. I'm quite busy with managing the registry. And this is a very good idea, Joe & Jerry. --Chuck Sounds OK to me. We don't have any other chartered organization? dave On 2016-08-17 6:53 AM, Joseph F. Chuck, Yes, problems occur and I agree it's good to have things like that published (if possible) in two or more locations. This is one of the concepts behind "mirroring" other web sites; in case one goes down, the other is still around. I'd like to point out that the "lost" images from the "infection" of the old POCA server were in fact recovered. Only four (as I recall) of the several thousand images were found to be infected, all others were just fine and a new album was put in place on the old server so folks could still access them. Terry Himes helped immensely in that effort and I'd like to thank him again for his work to recover those. I'm not sure what happened to them in the recent move from the old server to the new; I was hoping they were still available and just needed a little work to get them published again on the new site. If something drastic did happen to them. I think I know where a backup exists but will have to check. Are all the owners of those old photo galleries/albums interested in trying to restore those old albums? Asa Jay Quoting The DeTomaso Registry Guy <detomasoregistry@gmail.com>:
