Hi Thomas, It's the plastic layer (PVB) that fails. I don't think anything can reverse or stop it. Weird since it has been stocked and by that should not have been affected by high temperature and humidity fluctuations (like if it had been installed on a car). Hopefully the rubber will mask some of it. I suggest you contact Sicurvetro <https://www.sicurvetro.com/>. Hello Thomas, While I have not tried to fix this type of problem myselk, If I WERE to try it, I would use the Permatex flowable silicone assisted with a vacuum seal around the entire area (to allow the fluid to replace the air). It might work, it might not, but I suspect it would help prevent this getting worse.
