Were gas tanks mounted on the passenger side from the factory?

The picture shown is VIN 2344. It is indeed a real GT4 race car, the "stradale " model designed by the factory as a street version of the real race car. Yet, facing a huge success with the only 8 real GR4 racecars ( like my Candy VIN 2862 or Guy Trigaux's VIN 2860) , , they quickly abandonned the idea of having a stradale version of the racecar, and all remaining 6 GT4 ( list attached ) left the factory as full racecars. Original GR4 and GT4 racecars have their gas intake on the passenger side, in order to have easier access on race tracks when refueling ( most of the racetracks turn on the right, and having the gas intake on the right allows easier, quicker and safer access in the pitlane when refueling.
