The other day my Dr. was amazed at my check up results ... blood pressure checked right at the normal level. It wasn't until later at home that realized, it was due to a calm, peaceful forum. One that I can now truly enjoy!! Bud, are you sure it was not the 150 MPH drive you had this year? I would think that would put you in a Zen like state...
