[DeTomaso] Pantera horn ….. uh, ya gotta read it

So, Ummm …. I was approached by a Pantera owner today who would like their horn button to be in the center of the steering wheel -and- be functional. I don’t recall ever seeing such a thing done, but doesn’t mean it hasn’t been. Short of fabricating a slip ring kind of affair, I don’t see it being possible. What does the collective know?
