An alternate viewpoint (as much as I love Garth & Larry).....
I have been a huge advocate of Hagerty for over 20 years but I'm now done. They have been bought by a much larger company, and everything (incl terms and personal touch) have changed and continue to change for the worse (for us).
They're not the Hagerty of old... word to the wise.

They are a little pricier than some of the other "collector car" insurance policies out there, but with Hagerty you can actually DRIVE your car! They WANT you to drive it, because it grows the hobby (and their potential market).
But where Hagerty REALLY SHINES is when it comes to handling CLAIMS!!! Myself and several other friends have had very favorable claims experience with Hagerty. No nickel and diming me to death on properly repairing my car. Just a focus on getting it done correctly!
You don't want to purchase a discount policy from some other insurer, and then discover when you have a claim why they were priced at a discount.

I use Heacock. I insure 3 cars at full value and only pay $1100 a year.

An alternate viewpoint (as much as I love Garth & Larry).....
I have been a huge advocate of Hagerty for over 20 years but I'm now
done. They have been bought by a much larger company, and everything
(incl terms and personal touch) have changed and continue to change for
the worse (for us).
They're not the Hagerty of old... word to the wise.

Hagerty, hands-down!
They are a little pricier than some of the other "collector car"
insurance policies out there, but with Hagerty you can actually DRIVE
your car! They WANT you to drive it, because it grows the hobby (and
their potential market).
But where Hagerty REALLY SHINES is when it comes to handling CLAIMS!!!
Myself and several other friends have had very favorable claims
experience with Hagerty. No nickel and diming me to death on properly
repairing my car. Just a focus on getting it done correctly!
You don't want to purchase a discount policy from some other insurer,
and then discover when you have a claim why they were priced at a
discount.
