
I had that issue resolved by Southland Clutch in National City. It had more to do with the clutch assembly than the flywheel. Ken, My engine is similar to Dave's ( super lightweight (stock stroke) rotating assy, aluminum FW, large solid roller etc..) and uses a Holley carb and has does not "buck and snort" either.
