Yes, once the car is in the trailer that’s a viable plan. But he’s asking about using a wench to winch his car into the trailer, and wants to know where she should connect the winch cable to the car?
Although there are factory tow hooks, they are useless and not strong enough for the job. I would be reluctant to rely on them.

When I make my wench load the trailer…. I use axle straps and thread them through the wheels.
Cross strapped through the wheels front and rear.
Make sure you get the car far enough forward that the engine is over your axles.
