
What's up with the membership renewal system? Checks are going uncashed (for weeks!). Emails go unanswered. Phone calls are met with a voice mail that says the message box is full and can accept no further messages. If online renewal is going to be the only accepted way to renew, then don't offer other methods in the email renewal notices. This is just good Customer Relations 101. Who's minding the "store"?
