It's not just Pantera's all of the auction house estimates seem high IMO, I guess it's a ploy to make bidders think they might be getting a good deal when bidding falls short. I was amazed at some of the estimates attached to modern Porsche's... $500K for a Porsche is 911 variant is crazy IMO! It's slow on the list and I've just returned from an afternoon at the Hot August Nights auction now run by Motorsports Auction Group (MAG) after BJ blew Reno off (literally). You wouldn't believe the hits I got for a group of Cougars.......
